Precious Condiment
with low level of
acidity with
Balsamic
Vinegar from Modena
| Made from a balanced blend of cooked musts and excellent
wine vinegars, it is a smooth-flowing, deep-coloured,
glistening product with a sweet-and-sour taste. Aging in
casks made from noble woods brings out all of its intense,
rich aroma, pleasantly highlighted by a sharp note. The
taste-buds perceive a sweet, clean taste, coming also from the
low acidity.
Excellent on fresh salads and grilled vegetables. Gives
character to meat sauces if added when cooking is nearly
finished. Adds zest to sauces for boiled meats and in
mayonnaise. Ideal on vegetable omelettes. Adds flavour to
white meats, cold cuts and starters. |
