Orusantu has a subtle green color, and with a medium consistency. It is offered with slight herbaceous scents, with a pleasant almond finish. It is characterized by a slight fruity, and light piccante. Suitable for cooking. It is recommended to use in the kitchen to season the dishes during cooking, given its resistance to high temperatures. It also could be used for raw seasoning.
